You drill a hole in the pipe, heat it and hammer a hole out using a "bent pin" tool..

then, put your tails in to your holes and "copper tech" them...

then hang on the wall and put stop cocks on..

get your men to get on their knees and work them hard.. :lol

Just two things.

1. You're still missing one on the left.

2. Why do you need three stop cocks on each pipe?

2.1 Is the Blue handle another stop @#%$ or a guage?

Just two answers.

The one on the left id the " landlords " ... still waiting for it arriving.

There is only 2 stop cocks on each pipe. Reason.... If the water meter ( the blue thing) ever stops working, it can be isolated by the 2 stop cocks, saving time and money for repair or replacement..

The third thing near the floor is a drain @#%$....
