Ampcast kicked me out

Oh well,

last week I discovered that my Ampcast page (former www.ampcast.com/mikeburn) with over 50 songs uploaded over more than 4 years as a paying customer vanished into oblivion.

No notification mail or something like "payment failure" or such.

Up to this day nobody at Ampcast cared to respond to at least one of my friendly e-mails and inquiries.

I do not know why my page has been deleted nor do I have a chance to login anymore sincy my login is gone as well.

That's probably one of my most disgusting experiences in my online OMD life.

For years I was a paying customer and did not intend to cancel my subscription, I rather wanted to pay again. Now I'm not worth a single line from them which brings the theory into my mind that Ampcast is not interested in business anymore.

Anybody here experiences the same?

Is that place still around.

You should really ask the owners before jumping to any conclusions.

They seemed like up and up chaps from what I recall.

from the beginning I didn't like that place. I was sevearly abused on their BB for no good reason. I dumped my membership there over a year ago.

They have been stagnant for a very long time IMHO.

I don't know much about Ampcast, Mike. But it could be just a screw-up - it seems every OMD accidentally messes up sometimes. But they should answer your emails!
