so we arrived in la on wed night....on thursday we drove to the hollywood sign, went to Hollywood blvd and saw Mann's Chinese theatre/all the hand prints in the cement then later went shopping on Rodeo drive where i saw some famous model named Mischa....spent the night at the beverly hills hilton....friday we went to some vintage clothing stores drove to Huntington beach where they just so happened to be having the 'US OPEN OF SURF' competition which they had a bunch of bands playing free concerts on the beach including Alien Ant Farm ( i kind of like them but they sucked on the beach)....i got to surf which was cool bc it is 'surf city' after all...then later we drove to San Diego.....spent the night in El Cajon....woke up early and drove to the border and crossed into Tijuana....wound up missing our flight back bc the bus driver drove us to the wrong termimal....had to wait 9 hours for next flight so we went shopping and saw that movie 'the village'....caught flight had 4 and a half hour lay over at Ohare airport in Chicago....
