Damien now I am 23 years old *gg*



I was from the 22/23 not here and did a 24 hour race, now I am back and awake (I slept more than ten hours after the race)...



It was a hard race, but I've won in my age group and I got my first cup



I did 84 Km (but there was a mistake in the analysis and there I only ran 80 Km)...



This race was a great experience for me :)

Here I have pictures for you







Start







place where I slept







after 6 hours running I eat potatoe soup







then 30 min break







stand up to run in the rain















change clothes and refresh before...







I run again in the evening







the sun goes, the coldness comes - in the night it was 3 grad C° cold







only 12 hours and half an hour to run...











the next day comes







I am awake and go, I cant run again







other runners are tired too







the end - after 24 hours - congratulations to all runners











this race changed my life :)

the pain comes after 8 hours...and I ran with it...thats normal in such a race, the pain comes and then you have to be mental very strong to accept that.



I am making a documentation, 25 minutes, and send the cd to everyone who want it, its in german but I think its interesting enough for all :)
