It was hard and now - one day later - I am full of pain



but the pain will gone and the happiness not :)

I know all about it... especially when I'm stressed, it takes me ages to get to sleep and even then my mind is actively dreaming and I get up several times in the night. arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.



I've started drinking Horlicks regularly. Its supposed to be a night time drink, and I dont know whether its psychological or not, but I am sleeping better.



BTW, speaking of strong... I'm one of those types who go around begging people to punch their abs... :ohno ahahahahahaha. terrible.

how long to you start training for one of these marathons, and what is your training programme?

Seismic - yes you never know if you can finish it - you trainee so long but the race is very long and many things can happen - I am very glad that I did it :bday

Yes it needs discipline for it, but we need it always in our whole life :)



But I am not the perfect runner, but I run 2-5 times a week, without it I cant finish it.

wow congratulations kris, that's great. i don't do any sports myself, but my wife does and she always feels a great accomplishment afterwards. real personal reward she says.

Thank you very much - for a few years I was never thinking of doing such things, but now I feel that the sport makes me free :)
