Chris, if you've seen a EP concert on tape or DVD ya see that after the King was done, he didn't need to add a thing! A concert would work up to a mountain peak and then it was over. Anything else would have been downhill, I think.
And personally, I belive the old show biz axiom is sage advise - "Always leave them wanting more". Kick butt on stage, say (doing my El imitation) "Thank you, thank you very much" and go on your way.

I'm not really a "fan" type of person, but if there was one person I'd say i was a fan of, it would be elvis. He had a great stage presence, but he also and a beautiful voice. Its the voice that gets me everytime. I have all his original albums, LPs, not CDs, even the gold ones. And I saw lots of his movies too....

I WILL get that DVD - Elvis had a lovely voice. My Mum really likes him so I grew up on Elvis songs.... Elvis song's are in my key!! hahahahaha She also made a point of making us watch his movies??? Those were bizarre! OH wait - I've seen him in that leather jumpsuit in the 70s - he was rather sexy then...
