Last nights gig - 1 different bass player!!!

Last night the mikeburn and friends band (or you also can say the Kate Cassidy and friends band

) played a little club gig in southern Germany.

Oh my, that was a long night... we returned 9 o'clock this morning

Unfortunately Werner, our regular bass player was not able to play with us, but surprisingly there showed up a local bass player, Harald Beiß, and he did a incredible good job!!!

A very cool dude and a nice surprise!!!

It was a fun night, no big tantrum but a very interesting combination of people in the club we played. All personally invited and somehow related to the cultural scene of the city Karlsruhe (musicians, actors, painters and so on).

Somebody was kind enough to handle a little digicam (Reinhard, a very good friend), we are happy that we have got at least some pictures

Here in the middle, that's Guntram Prochaska, the art-icon of Karlsuhe.

(the dude left of him btw. is the owner of Rockshop, Germany's 3 rd. biggest music store and distribution center overall)

I dont know about watering down the drinks, but some one must have put Alcohol in my drinks

It was a long night and well worth it, going to listen to what was played later :larree

I don't know if it is good or bad that there is no sound on the video, as long as we are speaking of the accompaniment (the band) LOLOLOLOLOL

Anyway, I am quite optimistic that I can deliver the studio version of "Timeshift" with Kate on vocals within this week

I would be quicker, but there are too many good vocal parts

and I don't know which one to chose to be honest! LOL

Yes, Mike is good :yeah

He certanily knows where to get a mean spaghetti where it is served from a huge block of round cheese, i think it was goats cheese.

As the hot spaghetti was mixed in the huge cheese it melted the cheese which covered the pasta along with the covering of olives and various other lovely things that were mixed in .

Washed down with a nice drop of wine
