Yeah, that happens too often. It's the one who popularizes a look, image or sound that gets the credit, instead of the person who first come up with it!



I don't really know UK copyright law, but do you have a copyright notice on a page that contains your image?



BTW, your image didn't come up at all - probably just my browser,tho. I assume it's the larger (uncompressed) version of your board icon? (below):

I have looked at your website, and yes, the cover design is of course

similar. But then again, there are many CD covers that feature an eye -

you certainly aren't the first ever to use this idea. I am pretty

sure that CdeB has not seen your cover before he released the Road To

Freedom album.
