Seismic - Thanks a lot. Unfortunately the quality of recording is lacking but that will not be a problems soon (8 track coming soon).... I hope....
Chris - Thanks. Actually, every time I solo, it's an improvisation really, because I always improv-infuse and I probably don't play the same twice. Sometimes I follow the same theme but I don't play a solo exactly the same ever, but who does.... I can play note for note but I feel better taking the path I feel at the time. Like I can play Samba Pa Ti from Abraxas (Santana) every not exact the same as Carlos, but sometimes I take a different path. I can do different versions too, like the live Samba Pa Ti from Lotus.... But anyway, yeah it's more or less always improvisation. But especially that time because I was thrown up there with no clue....
Daniel - Thanks A LOT. If it sounds like Jimi, it must be ok. I wasn't even trying to sound like Jimi there either, but I guess my influences always come through. I love to do the Hendrix thing though but it's not too easy of course!!.... Machine Gun just has the freakiest sounds, on the one hand I don't dare to try it, on the other hand, it's so good I want to do it, so I think what the hell and i'm thinking of doing Machine Gun with the new band i'm getting together (as well as stuff like Fire, Hey Baby New Rising Sun, some other stuff and original stuff)....
