apart from being up to here...



I got the bloody blaster worm on my computer. None of my .exe files work and I lost all my emails and email addys (pop email dash it all), and havent had full internet access for a few days actually, unable to get into links, see emoticons, play anything (that could be the reason why I couldnt see the video too).



Anyway, its still not fixed, so I can get a lot of reading done now that I cant access the internet properly! :stress



And its 8pm and I'm still at work. Off home for dinner now.

Debbie, as much as I believe your pain and that you were "infected"... what you describe is NOT what the Lovesan-Virus is doing.



You should double- and triple-check, which "infection" you really had/have. You may live in false security... ;) ;) ;)



Viruses are A PAIN!!!!!!!!!

we had denial of Windows update, and we use Windows 2000. But the .exe files started developing errors three weeks ago.



And when our pop email didnt work we thought it was a memory problem that caused the crash, and deleted EVERYTHING trying to get it back up. :stress



I dont know how it happened. I have virus AND firewall protection.



Anyway, a guy came home to check my modem and internet connection cause even that is achingly slow, buffering etc (and I'm supposed to have broadband). He said there's another MAJOR virus coming out on the 2nd September - so try not to get on the internet then.
