Drooly! If you WORRY about not sleeping - that will cause your mind stress. Just go to bed and be assured that just lying still with your eyes shut is almost as good as sleeping. Trust me - your body will appreciate it. Give it a go Ken!

I'm tired, sleepy, not worried about anything, ... - but sleep evades me......



I should drive back to Steve's and jump back in the pool.....

Besides, - my cats are getting upset with me - they like our normal sleep routine....(They all sleep with me...)
