Personally, I'm really quite cynical about the value of most OMD charts, but I just gave you a play, because you seem like a nice guy.



If you Really wanna make your chart positions soar, have someone buy your mp3 CDs... - the charts there are heavily weighted towards CD sales.

Hi there all you tasteful pop-pickers, The Questionnaires' tune 'Ghosts In Your Eyes' is now #45 and #47 in the European and North American adult contemporary charts respectively. A few more plays might push us into the top 40, so if you have a spare minute or two ........

Thanks for the info, Drooly, I'm new to all this and I didn't know about the MP3 CD sales. The problem is that we have a 'real' CD which has just made its first few sales in Europe and the USA, and I don't know if that might get in the way. :ohno

No, I don't see how selling "real" CDs could get in the way....



But my point is this...: While mp3, and most OMDs are a good way to get exposure to other musicians, this stuff pales to zero when compared to the 3D world... - gigging, selling CDs face to face with people who buy them because they love the music, watching people's faces while they groove on your live sound....



I don't wanna discourage you here... - the Internet is a GOOD thing....- in a lot of ways.... - you just need to keep your main focus on the 3D world...



I do like your music, btw...

Totally agree, Drooly. When I said I was "new to all this" I meant the internet, not music in general. I had a pro career 1974-1985, and my main band The Eastside Torpedoes used to play all over Europe. I've been keeping my hand in with various blues bands and function bands ever since. There's nothing like live work. The Questionnaires are currently just starting rehearsals for our first gigs at Newcsatle's Live Theatre and North Shields' Magnesia Bank in October.



How, King Geordie, Aa hope ye keep yer eye oot for them and come along, unless ye hev got royal duties to perform on them neets! Tha'll be nee red carpet, like, bur Aa'll buy ye a bottle o' dog. Aa've hed a gander at ya site - rocks along, kidda, Aa'll be back!!
