Well I had falafels - it was the first time I made them and I was really pleased at how authentic they were and how tasty they were and HOW EASY they were to make! hahahahaha

(had them with lettuce, brown rice & fried mushroooms & tahini) mmmmmm

I had....... smoked gammon in a garlic and mushroom cream sauce with pasta......MMMMmmmm washed down with some fine Italian wine.......

Mashed potatoes, salad, and garlic bread.



I love cooking. I do it every night for the family. :)



Last week I made 40 cloves of Garlic chicken that was kick ass...:D

falafels = Mid-Eastern round thingy made from chickpeas - you might have had them as 'veggie kebabs'?
