Mariah Carey is back again with a new single, "Through the Rain" and a new ablun on its way in December.

The video for "Through the Rain" was shot in NY last weekend and now Mariah and her lable are giving you the chance to WIN the outfit Mariah wore in the video clip that is set to hit MTV soon. FOr full dateils check out:
