I always wondered, and pardon me for getting political here, how has life differed now that Hong Kong is under Chinese rule, as opposed to British?

HIYA SHAKY!!!!!! Good to see you here!!!!! Now that's a very serious question for a Monday morning!



It's pretty much the same you know. We never chose our Governor under British rule (picked by UK etc.) and now the Chief Executive is chosen by Beijing. Voting isn't important to people here. Freedom is important. 90% of the population have passports and have used them (compared to 10% of USA)



There aren't any soldiers on the streets!

hahaha The elusive Devon! I wrote Myron a letter (the drummer) but the address I had was from a boat he was living on; in 1998 so I have no idea if he'll get it etc.
