mmmm lots of veggies in a thick tomato sauce with soya mince and layers of spinach lasagne topped off with my special cheese sauce - I'll have to start cooking soon

I just ate buffalo wings and macaroni and cheese, lol.. i swear its not all i eat tho!!! you just caught me on one of those cycles... hehehe...

i've got a few new tracks i have yet to record too, but have been busy in the design world, so that's been delayed

That's good to hear you've got tons of design work - so it's keeping you out of trouble?

Music News? Well I uploaded a couple of old tracks to the Sisters mp3 page. I'm writing songs in one of the bands I'm in and I've got an electrical engineer coming in the latter part of March to fix my Mackie mixer so I can do some nice-sounding recordings!!!!

Oooh what new tats are you going to get? Do you design your own? Where on yr body will you be getting them? I only get tattoos where I can see them - they're for me not other people, so I'd never get one on my back, for example.

I HAD a great weekend apart from I've got a stinking cold now and I'm having trouble falling asleep.... it's 2am here on Monday morning and I can hardly breathe......

The tattoo I have right now I did customize

It was sort of a collaboration with the artist tho, cause he came up with the idea of having it look like it's ripping out of my skin. I can upload a picture if ya wanna see it
