I don't have any medical conditions ..fortunately! Few sprained fingers and ankle! Although it seems I do have/had a little something my mom and couple aunts have had - relating to the heart.. and speeding up? Not sure what it is.. but I've just gotten rushes out of nowhere and it feels like I guess a panic-attack sort of... or just a really fast heart-rate. About 4 years ago (last time it happened) .. it brought me to my knees in bathroom while I was standing in front of the sink... very scary..... I had no clue what was happening at the time, but ive been fine since :)

It was fun today.. had a easter get together here at the house :) Ate some chicken... some noodles... cake.. ice cream :D ...no buffalo wings unfortunately :

I baked a sugar-free chocolate cake on Friday and spent the last three days eating it and finished it last night :D And yes it was a BIG cake - LOL! :banana :boink :banana



I'm going to continue painting in about half hour after a nice hot cup of tea! :D
