This means NOT free speech to the extent.

Insults and personal attacks will be filtered.

And as you are known as the PocketteRockette guy, who not only edited some weeks before all of your posts down to a 'dot "."" and bringing disorder in the board by boinking all your insane 'dot' topics to the top, you are in danger to be banned as well, if you don't want to discuss in a 'normal' manner with adults here.
