Seeking Help

I'm puting up a site that is dedecated to Internet music colaberations. What I have in mind is to allow the artist to create a page that features the story of the song/songs and links to the mp3 files and cds. I don't have time to put it all up by hand and I don't know how to write aps either. I'm seeking a partner per say to help me with this project. I'm footing to bill for all of it so Pay ? well ... I'ts a free service to help the indies and also a great way to find the music that is played from all corners of the globe. I'm not putting any ads on it and I don't expect a return on my money. If you know of a way I can do this I would be very grateful and a lot of others would be too. I will put your link on the front page as a suporter of the project.

This is a URL I used to use for my radio shows but I do shows for Ampcast.com now.
