Hi My name is Jon Andersen no not the one you think, the other one. I consider my self to be a friend of all parties involved in this mess and it is tearing at my heart. I know I’m not the only one fighting inside on this. I ask all of you to drop this and move on. Not only is this affecting MP3.com but it is affecting all online artist everywhere “many of us have ties to more then MP3.com” and if you don’t you should but that is another topic. I’m formally asking all parties to stop this.

I need your support for the sanity of all.

I'm gonna side with Jon on this one. I like a ton of the players involved in the stuff so I've stayed out of it altogether, but the last thing I want to do is pick sides. I just want it all to go away,

He came out with a vicious statement about being my friend on the bbs today.

Course, this was all predictable. Jon showed how unethical he is a few months ago when he was supposed to be refereeing a fun music challenge in the blues forum.

He agreed to the rules, and then when his friends wanted him to not abide by them, he just ditched them and made the whole thing a sham.

Mike keeps talking about being ripped off. Guess he lost some money when Blumberg got his pages pulled. I see where his head is at. And what was really illuminating about Mike was that I've sent Black Hornet like 5 letters and had pretty much worked out an agreement with him to help Mike out of his questionable Visa situation (if that was even real, now I wonder). So this is still going on and I have to watch my so-called friend Mike refer to me as a zero today - and on behalf of a guy who has publically threatened me over a dozen times.

This is about the money, obviously.

I get no satisfaction out of losing good friends cause they start trashing me, even though I did nothing of the kind to them to provoke it.
