You have to upload an image to a server (60x60 dimensions) and put the full path in your profile preferences, Mark

...There's a place in there to put the URL to your personal photo

Select "edit profile"..... you'll find on the next page then on top a box where you can enter your photo URL....

.....check the "Use Personal Photo" box.
