I just finished a draft logo for my band, hope the rest approve.

After my china visit with Chris tomorrer I am spending the rest of the day with the band rehearsing. We have a lot of work to do for the next gig. Homework is now in order, so ta-ta!

One a thread is posted they get a life of their own. Sometimes they end up about topics totally different than what they started with. Hey, it's all good.

It hard to imagine actually going to Hong Kong or Germany or Sweden etc. I would surely go to a lot of places if I had the extra money to do so. Damn, if I could only get a label deal so they would pay me, er loan me the money to travel around.

Yeah, a label deal. A dream. Luckily airfares are not too expensive from Asia. They're killing in the US, don't know much about Canada.

I had an offer from an independent label a few months ago but turned it down because I didn't like the terms or the low amount of CD advance and no tour support. This means that the label would advance a certain amount of money per week.I would need bare minimum $1,500 per week to tour. That's to pay two other musicans. Also, I would not book my own tour.

btw I have been on a Major label as bassist in a band. It only lasted for one album. Sales not good enough & bounced. ;0(

Now the topic sure has changed.hahaha
