Yes,Ace, I understand that. Even more so of a reason not to post that sort of info. on a public BB, especially one that has nut cases and people that have been known to post negative things about her before. I don't feel that you understand my meaning yet. Try thinking harder

Actually I understand why you are all coming down on Phil but he's not promoting himself here - we all know him anyways!

He's making an interesting comment on what he thinks.

Which begs me to ask:

How much should we reveal on the Internet?

Has Pris been stalked like I have? Probably not yet!!

Pris is only posting her feelings etc. I know that. It's OK to tell people our situations - a lot of different posters do it on different bbs - as humans we need to share and receive ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

Pris comes across as very sensitive which I'm sure she is. And she's not asking for money etc. But she IS asking for attention or call it acknowledgement if you like. Some people need it more than others - trust me on this one.

Some people DON'T tell others when they are broke, their dog died or their wife has cancer. That is THEIR way. Maybe Phil is like that - that would explain why he cannot relate to the openness of people like Pris and myself.

Chris you are close but not quite correct. One of my meanings with this is that there is nothing wrong with posting about personal things but to do so in open sometimes hostile territory to total stangers is another matter.

Sure, I am a bit more private about my personal matters although I have shared some personal matters here. I certainly would not do that at mp3.c BB.

Posting on a "Music BB" is still promo whether one feels it is or not. This BB is not "all" about music. It is about other topics & somewhat more intimate, sorta like a backstage are of a music club.

I hear what you are saying Phil. It IS people making music so they ARE going to express their feelings on a music bb if they so feel inclined.

On the board where I'm hated by anons, not one person posted anything after I made a post about Hendrix's death. Maybe I was hoping that would happen. Maybe Pris was hoping that would happen. Who knows?

Hoping that would happen? Now that is another concept that is mysterious. Of course, I have no clue as to what Pris had on her mind when she posted there and other places about her personal matters. I do find it strange that people post personal info. that could be subject to redicule or that may even have negative repercussions.

Being open about one's feelings is one thing and of course there is nothing wrong with that. My topic is not about that. It seems that some that have read this don't know what the topic is about. It sure isn't an attack on Pris as some of jumped to the conclusion of.

It would be a good thing if some of you would think a little deeper about some of my posts. They are not usually as simplistic as some think they are. There are actual concepts beyond the people I refer to. The person or persons are not directly the topic. The concept is the topic.

I feel that many that read what I write want me to provide the answers to the concepts. That's not what my intent is. My intent is to get people to think about the concepts and provide input to them.

Phil is right about "the concept" he pointed out in his initial post, but absolutely wrong with his timing I would say.

I have buried three dogs myself and it was always not easy for me. However I would have not posted this on music boards.

On the other hand I do understand, that Priscilla even did not go for a opportunity to move her location from the Islands to Spain recently, because her dog was not allowed by the house owners.

Knowing that and knowing Prsicilla's sensible character from a personal meeting, I would say it is the best all read my reply here and I will move the post in an hour to the Archives, because it will hurt Priscilla when reading, while her dog probably makes the last breathing.

It is simply the worst thinkable timing to discuss an issue like this one right now and I don't want to see Priscilla suffer, for Phil's theoretical concepts, which can be discussed also in a week, when the personal pain factor may be 400% lower.
