I have this great idea!!

in keeping with the trends of global "economics"...

I'm working on a proposal for the privitisation of musical notes!!!

It occurs to me that just about every industrial and emerging state is availing themselves of musical notes, using and combining and re-combining them in ways that provide both pleasure and , occasionally, profit.

soooo....here's what I'm thinking.....I'm meeting with IMF officials and G7 bigwigs to have a provision inserted into the IMF protocal , an addition to the 114 provisions required of any state that wishes the ratification of any free trade agreement. This new provision would give me and my collegues 100 percent ownership of all 12 keys...(were working on semitones...)

we're asking the WTF to require that no less than 27% of any persons income be "set aside" for the actuall, probable or eventual use of any of the notes in the 12 keys..

of this 10% will funneled into swiss bank accounts held by the annonymous denizons of the gross universal cash heist....the rest will go to me and my collegues for providing all emerging states and favored nations with a comprehensive program aimed at educating the poor and improving their standard of living by stealing their money and privitizing their creative need for sound and rhythem....

I think it's going to be wildly popular !!!!

no more free lunch baby.....if you wanna play....you gots to pay!!! This will obviously improve the lives of everyone...we have charts to prove it....

(This message brought to you by APO GRUNCH..The annonymous purveyors of the gross universal cash heist...a divion of Bechtel in co-operation with CITIbank )

LOL!!!

I was beginning to think that no one would comment on my terribly clever scheme!!

it was a sort of obscure joke....you know that........right?

:)

Actually I had just read one of the lists of required compliances given to Argentina by the WTF,,,and , after grinding my teeth for a few hours, I was trying to cheer myself up...
