I'm glad you like it! TWO HOURS!! my my at 25 Celsius? That's ok if the humidity is not too high... We are generally around 30 celsius and I'm finding it too hot to run so I'm getting out of shape!! :banana

Well I must go to the gym more these days - which is difficult with my busy band schedule!!

Yes Chris, that s a problem,

when you have to do so different things...but they are all important.

I think it was 27 C°, I was running midday in the park.

And in the evening I saw here the Half Marathon and make some photos.

It was peculiar feeling, just to sit and clap to the runners, I was always running and the people clapped for me, and by this run, I stand on the other side, but it was ok for me.

The next run, I will be a runner again

I will upload all pictures on my site, but here are some previews...
