When reading this thread I have to say again, that I usually never participate in any music "competition", or let's say I always made bad experiences with it.



Music is no matter of sports and turning people down to "win" anything... Usually you are the loser anyway, even if you have officially won. :) (that's my personal experience)

So very, very true Mike.



In Music, as in all things, the best results ALWAYS come from cooperation, as opposed to competition.



I agree whole-heartedly.





But once in a while the testosterone flares up, and males wanna assert their all-powerful dominance over all other males.





We all wanna be the Alpha Guitarist.









But - sooner or later, - a Lady comes along, and steals some of our testosterone.



Then sanity kicks in and we become cooperative.







Does all that make sense to anyone but me?
