I'll think abit on that. There's probably a prog that is more of what you might like. AR Wizard is a gem, too bad it doesn't have simple editing like fade in/outs built in!
But you can load ripped-created MP3s directly into CoolEdit and then it's just a few clicks to edit and save. Sounds more complicated than it really is - trust me, I'm prime "for dummies" material and don't like to actually have to think more than I need to!! hahahaha!

Actually, if you were going to try CoolEdit, it might as well be the Pro2 (newer) version. If so, here's the addy:

Ooopsy, you may be only able to save the first minute of a sound file on a trial version, Chris!
