Yes he does have some good food charts - much more sensible!! THe local Cantonese are very insistent on freshly killed animals so the local seafood restaurants have the fish, crabs, lobsters etc. swimming around and people choose what they want to eat.



In Guangdong province, they also have cats etc. outside the restaurant. Actually one restaurant I went to they had bugs too - that was pretty gross - hahahahahah :banana
