Well, truly I felt you were ignoring ME Drooly, and it hurt. And since I have my pride...
Ah, Drooly, we all love ya. Also Jon, and Addiction, and Mike and DJSA and and and everyone here. I don't love some of the nutballs on the mp3.com board though. They scare me half to death.
Hey, I've got a question for those in the know. I want to buy a performance mike. My choice would have been the Shure Beta 87, but that needs phantom power and some of the dumps in HK dont even have that in their mixers (mixers? what mixers??). So this audio consultant is trying to sell me the Presonus VXP voice processor.
emusician.com/ar/emusic_p.../index.htm
It has a phantom power thingy. Will I be able to use it anywhere, with even the crappiest venues (and they abound in HK, believe me you - And we have sound guys that sit on one side of the stage and are totally clueless).
Will this VXP interfere with my singing? One of the guys I know uses that voice corrector thingy and it drives me nuts. Its like I have a parallel sound going on while I'm singing. So I refuse to use it. Will this VXP do the same??
Alternatively, for the money, what's a good cordless to get that wont make me lose all my limbs?
Any and all advice is welcome!
xxx
