I apologize to you for going off on you like I did. But what you said really hit hard deep inside because I have an 18 year old cousin in the Israeli army right now, and that caused me to go off on you because of your *Israeli nazi* comment. If I was not so personally attached perhaps I would not have reacted like that at all... Or perhaps if you had presented your whole arguement without using that phrase... Do you understand that ??? I am not a hateful person. You know that. We have always been very friendly and respectful of and towards each other up until now. So here I am apologizing to you for my words on your BB. Please apologize to me too for your words... Or at least just apologize for that phrasology.. I have no problem having friends with many viewpoints... You should try to understand, that all I said was not directed against you personally, not my intention in the beginning and not my intention during the following postings on the other board.

I regret that I hurted your personal feelings and I can understand why you felt this way.

What I said was nothing compared to what I had to take in the past on various boards, just for being a german.

That's how I saw the situation. It went out of control and again, I did not want to hurt YOU personally. I wanted to provoke, yes.

Be sure, that I'm more thinking 'above the horizon' about the theme we drove ourselves in trouble. If we ever meet in real life you may understand, simply by meeting my personal friends, which are from different cultures and countries, including Israeli's and Arabs, jews and muslims.

Again, it was not my desire to hurt you personally and I would be glad, if you could accept my rather helpless apology, that I did that obviously.

Mike, I understand what you are saying and I totally accept your apology. Your apology is anything BUT helpless. I understand that you did not realize that your provoking was getting me that upset. Thank you very much. I, like you, also have many friends of many ethnicities. I always have !!! I got kicked out of one mixed school and sent to a mostly African American school for a few years where I was one of about 25 white kids... and none of them wanted to hang with me because I came in as known troublemaker with a bad reputation preceding me... I am quite sure that if we get the chance to hang out someday, we will find that we are a hell of a lot more alike then we are different... Dude !!! I have always felt that about you anyway !!! Perhaps that is another reason why I got so hurt by your words... You know what I mean ??? Peace BRO, and thanks again...
